Rebwar Berzinji

Rebwar Berzinji is the President of Pericles Capital Advisors, LLC, a firm he founded in 2012 specializing in special situations investing and advisory services across North America, the Middle East, and Latin America. With a background in portfolio management, financial restructuring, and distressed M&A engagements, Rebwar has a proven track record of success in the investment banking industry. Prior to establishing Pericles, he held key roles at Ahab Capital Management, Rothschild, Inc., Corporate Revitalization Group, and the George Group, Inc. Rebwar Berzinji holds a BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Columbia Business School. His areas of expertise include distressed investing, restructuring, turnaround management, and corporate finance.
