My role entails providing the CEO with regular, well-founded recommendations to drive the company forward. As a spokesperson, I effectively represent the interests of the government, shareholders, financial institutions, and clients. Leveraging my position, I foster direct communication and collaboration with these stakeholders, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met. In 2000, I displayed a keen entrepreneurial spirit as the founder of US Financial Management, Inc., based in San Diego. This nationwide consumer finance firm specializes in various aspects of consumer credit, finance, and mortgage financing. As President and Chief Executive Officer for the first six years, I aggressively advanced the organizational mission, empowering personnel with the latest industry data and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.

Taking charge of policy authoring and strategic planning, I envisioned the big picture while simultaneously conceptualizing infrastructure and directing human resource and financial components. From a modest three-employee start, the company experienced remarkable growth, expanding to nearly 250 employees. Managing a portfolio exceeding $1,000,000,000, I take particular pride in the fact that my team and I facilitated positive outcomes for countless individuals and families, helping them navigate various consumer finance needs and achieve their mortgage financing goals.
