I'm focused on solving problems and bringing insights that help product and service teams create great digital experiences, analyzing Sales Rep feedback, and iterate designs to enhance the digital user experience based on our data. I also define and deliver wireframes detailing the user journey and turning them into high-fidelity mock-ups, performing visual QAing sessions on the live environment to ensure consistency and turning them into user stories, creating training session guides and research reports to ensure a meaningful experience for the user. and working with a multidisciplinary team in an agile environment.

My role was in a team responsible for the UX research process: feeling the needs, behavior and problems faced by users. Generate insights that assist in decision making and improving the company's processes, products, and channels. In addition, we had the mission of developing and evolving research operations at Banco do Brasil, with the objective of disseminating knowledge, supporting research in planning, recruiting, conducting and applying research with users. I also was responsible to create the ux research repository and look out for research ops.

Designed the first interface of an online mediator platform called The Mediator, a product that solved people's legal issues in an easy and inexpensive way based on data inputs and brainstorming with project managers and devs. The project was absorbed for ReclameAqui's company, one of the biggest website to collect complaints against companies about customer services.

Acompanhei o andamento do novo produto digital de interface - site da empresa e aplicativo de mídia social para animais de estimação conectado à coleira inteligente - Também trabalhando em cooperação com desenvolvedores, mídias sociais e gerentes de produto a melhor abordagem para alcançar novos usuários, análise de dados e marketing funis.
