Jay Trainer is a seasoned design leader who has left an indelible mark on the technology industry with his prodigious design intellect and inventive mindset. With over two decades of experience in product and experience design, Jay has successfully designed, developed, and delivered world-class products that have disrupted and reinvented the market. In his previous roles as Design Director, Human-Centered Design at Jay Trainer Design and Principal UX & Product Design Lead at Kaiser Permanente, Jay has built and managed talented teams that have created transformative user experiences.

Over the years, Jay has worked with several top-tier organizations such as Kareo, Springboard, Life360, Glassdoor.com, Wells Fargo, Walmart.com, iMotors, LendingTree, and QV Group, Inc, where he has held leadership positions. His dedication to people and design is what drives him, and he is a vocal advocate of UX and design. He firmly believes that design can provide aggressive leverage to tackle business challenges, and his leadership skills inspire the next generation of innovative designers.
