With over two decades of experience in product and experience design, Jay has successfully designed, developed, and delivered world-class products that have disrupted and reinvented the market. In his previous roles as Design Director, Human-Centered Design at Jay Trainer Design and Principal UX & Product Design Lead at Kaiser Permanente, Jay has built and managed talented teams that have created transformative user experiences.

Over the years, Jay has worked with several top-tier organizations such as Kareo, Springboard, Life360, Glassdoor.com, Wells Fargo, Walmart.com, iMotors, LendingTree, and QV Group, Inc, where he has held leadership positions.
