Raymond Costantino

Raymond Costantino is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in city planning and development. He holds a Masters of City Planning, Environmental Planning and Sustainable Development from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BFA in Industrial Design from the Rhode Island School of Design. Raymond's expertise lies in park planning and development, community development, and environmental planning.

With over ten years of experience in planning, Raymond has held various roles in both the public and private sectors. Notably, he is currently the Division Manager of Park Planning and Development Services at the City of Sacramento, Youth, Parks and Community Enrichment Department. In this role, Raymond manages and oversees park development projects and initiatives.

Prior to his current position, Raymond worked at the City of Sacramento as a Senior Planner in the Parks and Recreation Department and as an Associate Planner in the Community Development Department. He has also worked as an Independent Consultant at Costantino Consulting, an Independent Planning Consultant at Greater Broadway Partnership, and an Associate Environmental Planner at the Delta Protection Commission.

Raymond's dedication to sustainable community development and advocacy for urban design has led him to serve as a Board Member at Urban Design Alliance and as a Fellow at Switzer Network and the Great Valley Center's Sustainable Communities Leadership Program.
