Rawan AbuShaban

Rawan AbuShaban is an experienced professional with over six years of expertise in content marketing, UX design, front-end development, media production, and cross-functional project management. She currently works as a Staff Conversation Designer and Product Designer at Samsung Research America (SRA) in Mountain View, California.1

Prior to her current role, Rawan held positions as a Conversation Designer at Google and Wells Fargo, where she designed innovative, customer-focused conversational AI solutions.1 She has also worked as a Product Marketing Manager at Inbenta and a Digital Marketing Associate at EchoUser.1

Rawan holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Public Policy from UC Berkeley. In addition to her professional work, she has contributed to publications such as The Huffington Post and Al-Bayan Magazine. Rawan has also co-founded Bookselves, served on the development team of the Global Heart Network Foundation, and volunteered with the Muslim Interscholastic Tournament and WriterCoach Connection.
