Ravi Belani

Ravi Belani is the Chief Executive Officer of Alchemist Accelerator, a prominent startup accelerator focused on enterprise startups. He has been instrumental in guiding seed-stage companies that generate revenue from enterprises, rather than consumers. Alchemist Accelerator is backed by notable investors including Cisco, Draper Fisher Jurvetson, and Khosla Ventures, among others.

Education and Early Career

Belani holds a Bachelor of Science with Distinction and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University, where he graduated as a Phi Beta Kappa and Tau Beta Pi member. He also earned an MBA from Harvard Business School. His career began at McKinsey & Company as a consultant, followed by roles in product management at enterprise software startups and as an investment associate at Draper Fisher Jurvetson, where he led several successful investments.123

In addition to his role at Alchemist Accelerator, where he has served since May 2012 and became CEO in September 2022, Belani is a Fenwick & West Lecturer of Entrepreneurship at Stanford University. He co-teaches a course titled "The Spirit of Entrepreneurship" and is involved with the Stanford Technology Ventures Program as a board advisor.134
