Prosenjit Sen

Prosenjit Sen is the Co-founder and CEO of Quark.ai, a company specializing in autonomous support platforms that leverage deep learning and natural language processing (NLP) to enhance customer service efficiency. He has a rich background in technology and entrepreneurship, having spent over two decades innovating at the intersection of AI, data analytics, and eCommerce.

Professional Background

• Quark.ai: Sen co-founded Quark.ai in March 2019, aiming to address complex enterprise problems through advanced AI technologies. The platform is designed to interpret customer issues and recommend resolutions automatically, significantly improving agent productivity and customer experience.12

• Informatica: Before Quark.ai, he was the fifth employee at Informatica, a leader in data integration technology, which went public in 1999. His experience at Informatica laid a strong foundation for his future ventures.13

• Previous Ventures: Sen also founded StyleChat, a company focused on digital try-on technology for the fashion industry.
