Rasa Mott is a passionate individual who believes in the motto 'Community to Person - Person to Community'. Based in Berkeley, California, Rasa is dedicated to fostering relationships within the community and extending this ethos beyond borders.
Rasa's educational background includes a degree in Culinary Arts and Chef Training as well as Management studies at THE ART INSTITUTE CULINARY/ NEW YORK RESTAURANT SCHOOL. Additionally, Rasa pursued academic endeavors at CUNY Bronx Community College.
With a diverse professional portfolio, Rasa Mott has served in various capacities, including as a Coffee Roaster and Chai Maker at Rasa Caffe, Creative Director at Rasa Caffe LLC, Line cook at Brown Sugar Kitchen, Supervisor/Chef at Bay view café at Hamlin School/Dariush Catering, Certified Master Taster (CMT) at ChefsBest, Kitchen Manager/Chef at SYDA Foundation, Event Chef at Paula Le Duc, and Expo/Breakfast and Lunch Line Cook at the renowned Windows on the World Restaurant in the past.
