Supported numerous executives including Looker’s VP of Global Inside Sales, Head of Partnerships and Chief of Staff to drive increased sales and process efficiencies across global Sales and SDR teams. Played key part of integration efforts into Google, including defining cross-sell sales motion and tracking resulting ROI of sales plays, managing headcount, SPIFFs and budgets for our org, through a data-centric lens.

Looker

Managed compensation plan structure, design and the quota setting process, Xactly Incent implementation and system maintenance, as well as monthly/quarterly/annual administration of commission payouts, SPIFFs, special bonus programs and related communication to all global, quota-carrying teams; also helped onboard and train new Financial Analyst on the team.

Commissions Manager

Started as second hire on the Sales Ops team and held a broad range of responsibilities, including structuring compensation plans/commission admin, internal and external reporting, deal desk and order admin, Salesforce admin, etc.; greater focus on taking full ownership of incentive pay/variable compensation functions as team grew and new full-time roles were created.

Sales Operations Analyst

Acted as player/coach with additional responsibilities including interviewing, onboarding, mentoring and training; also held dual roles by helping develop the Enterprise SDR job function.

SDR Team Lead

Started as third hire on SDR team and built relationships with potential clients to realize the value of Looker; helped scale team and processes, along with training new hires and interns.

Initially sold to and onboarded new merchants in the Bay Area; also launched and scaled the Seattle market as one of the first new markets outside the Bay Area.

OrderAhead (acquired by Square)

Account Executive

Transferred to Palo Alto office and worked on M&A and equity offerings for MM clients within the software, hardware and digital media technology verticals.

Senior Analyst, Technology Investment Banking

Completed two year analyst program after summer internship the year prior; worked on public and private sellside and buyside M&A processes for MM companies across range of industries.
