During his career, Phil has built large (100+) teams made up of internal associates, offshore resources, agency partners, marketing technology partners, and marketing service providers, demonstrating a proven track record of leadership, vision, and innovation.
Phil's impressive educational background includes an Executive MBA from The University of Texas at Austin, an MS in Statistics from Rutgers University, and a BA in Mathematics (with a minor in Computer Science) from SUNY Geneseo. He specializes in an impressive range of fields, from Customer Insights and Predictive Analytics to Digital Media Targeting and DMPs, Retail Analytics, Data Governance, and Privacy.
In his current role as Sr. Director of Marketing Analytics and Customer Data Governance at The Home Depot, Phil is responsible for leading a team focused on driving customer insights, digital analytics, lifecycle marketing, personalization, and multi-touch attribution. Prior to joining The Home Depot, Phil served as Global CRM and Marketing Analytics Director at Dell Inc. and held other senior positions at Infogroup and MarkeTech Systems International. Additionally, he served as an Advisory Board Member at Luminar and Adobe.
