Phil Randazzo is an entrepreneur committed to addressing the issue of unemployment among veterans in the US. With nearly 20 years of experience running American Dream U - a non-profit organization created for the purpose of helping military personnel transition to civilian life - Randazzo has helped thousands of veterans re-enter the workforce.
A graduate of Ball State University, Randazzo studied marketing, marketing health science, and holistic lifestyle coaching in addition to being trained in HeartMath Clinical Certification for stress, anxiety, and self-regulation.
In addition to his work at American Dream U, Randazzo has founded several other organizations, including The Clarity Council, Nevada Benefits Corp, and Drive Safe Mode.
Randazzo's mission is to help veterans successfully navigate the transition into civilian life and find purpose and success in their new careers. He believes that networking, education, and community-building are key components of a successful transition. To this end, American Dream U has held over 170 live events at military bases around the world, featuring speakers such as Tim Ferris, Grant Cardone, and Joe de Sena.
