No More Reasonable Doubt - Speaking and Coaching focused on the advancement of Black Professionals at work.  Created a podcast movement to interview professionals of color to increase exposure to their work and what is possible for young professionals of color. As of 2020 my focus has narrowed in from Professionals of Color to Black Professionals.

$10k on 10/1 -  raised over $10,000 in 8 weeks for charity: water with an online campaign.  Formed a team of eight individuals with diverse talent to do everything from create the SocialMediathon.org website, create the social campaign using tools like Thunderbolt and Tagboard, manage a group of volunteers and secure top rated speakers and entrepreneurs for a 24hr Google Hangout.

Brand Inside a Brand - Created a program to help companies increase the chances of having employee advocacy programs succeed through the teaching of personal branding skills.  Served as a consultant to several companies starting advocacy programs. Served as a panel expert at several conferences including The Employee Advocacy Summit and The Social Tools Summit. Taught one-on-one personal branding courses and how to leverage social media using my four pillar approach.

Hashtags to Handshakes - taught networking and conference networking for the 21st century with instruction and guidance on how to leverage online tools to build a network and what to do when you actually meet your contacts in person.  Presented at several conferences including: Social Media Marketing World by Social Media Examiner, SXSW, Body of Work by Pam Slim, Massachusetts Conference for Women and WDS to name a few.

Hip Hop Affirmations - Wrote a book that sold over 1,000 copies and followed up with a curriculum and a blog with over 365 entries focused on using popular culture to inspire and instruct young professionals.  My work has been featured at several conferences and universities.

Created HR internal website (intranet) by working with content creators from various HR departments, coordinating with IT and designing process/workflows to launch a site for employees to find all things related to HR.

Responsible for strategy and execution for aiding in the retention and advancement of employees of African descent at Babson College.
*Created survey to understand what members wanted to offer group and what they were looking to get from group.  Resulted in a focus on support and creating space where professionals could gather.
*Conducted monthly meeting with diverse programming, including bringing in speakers from inside and out of the college.

Responsible for engaging a diverse set of professional audiences including a global network of entrepreneurship educators, other academic institutions, corporations, startup entrepreneurs, growing businesses, and nonprofits. 

Responsible for creating and managing an editorial calendar and developing and disseminating associated content connected across multiple digital platforms and channels to increase brand awareness, engagement, and advocacy for Babson Executive and Enterprise Education. 

Responsible for managing "The Collaborative."  A community of educators who teach Entrepreneurship across the globe.

Responsible for all aspects of attendee engagement and connection.  Work in a consultative capacity creating plans leading up to the conference and on-site execution.

●  Created a conference networking strategy that helped 100’s of attendees make meaningful connections.

●  Created videos, articles and Google Hangouts to help educate attendees on different ways to create meaningful conference connections.

Provided coverage as a Human Resource Business Partner.  Served as the Human Resource point of contact for Operation Managers and Manufacturing Technicians.
●	Conducted research, created and presented a change management program to senior leadership and managers across the site during a redeployment period.
●	Conducted confidential investigations, communicated and coordinated a site wide voluntary separation program and coached managers on policies and employee issues.
●	Served as the site representative on a corporate wide Veteran’s program to ease the transition from the military to civilian life.

Senior Contributing Writer

Effectively managed a team of 20 semiconductor manufacturing technicians.  Responsible for all aspects of management including hiring, onboarding and development of talent.
●	Used Lean manufacturing principles, continuously reviewed department’s efficiency and conducted training sessions and Kaizen events in an effort to reduce defects, eliminate waste and improve processes.
●	Co-created, lead and later restructured a cross-functional team designed to open dialogue between the various employee levels from technicians to senior management.  The end result was a breakdown of silos and over 100 experiments put in place for the site within a one-year period. 
●	Co-created and codified a team development program called Geese Leadership.  The program was based on interviewing team members, running experiments and using the results to create team norms. 
●	Leader of the Great Place to Work team.  Created programs to help increase the scores on the Annual Organizational Health Survey.
