Peggy Theodorou

Peggy Theodorou is a dedicated professional passionate about fostering a positive work environment and investing in both the professional growth and personal development of individuals.

With a background in various sectors like banking, Peggy has excelled in roles spanning HR, marketing, quality assurance, customer service, and direct banking with teams of different sizes.

She holds a High Honors M.Sc. in Strategic Human Resources from ALBA Graduate Business School and a B.Sc. in Management & Organizational Development from The American College of Greece. Peggy is bilingual in English and Greek and holds several professional certifications in various domains.

Currently serving as the People & Culture Director at Advantage FSE, Peggy is known for her contribution to HR, internal communication, and community initiatives within the organization. She is a former Director at Piraeus Bank, Millennium Bank, and has held key positions in renowned organizations like ING Bank and Citibank. Peggy has also been involved in the Hellenic Institute of Customer Service, where she remains an honorary member.
