I believe that if you can dream something, you can live it. I love complex, cross-functionally demanding working scenarios, and I enjoy working on one-of-a-kind projects - projects that make a difference in the way humans perceive, engage in and use technology. In terms of my project approach/style, I always start with a clean slate (no stereotypes) and I am good at following a classic waterfall model, but for the past four years have been leaving heavily toward Agile methodologies. In terms of my strategic approach/style, I believe no two business scenarios are the same and thus always require a unique, creative mindset. This applies both to my strategic product roadmaps and to my application/system development effort - including both software and hardware - as well as to my talent leadership functions.
