Allison Kadin is a Director at Mission Partners, Benefit LLC, where she is also a member of the Leadership Team. With over a decade of experience, she specializes in strategy, creative production, marketing, communications, and operations, particularly for nonprofit organizations and purpose-driven businesses.
Before joining Mission Partners, Kadin served as a Senior Marketing Manager at the Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM), where she managed numerous communications campaigns for live performances and festivals. Her transition into social impact communications has seen her lead creative teams for various organizations, including the Economic Security Project and the Southern Poverty Law Center.
Kadin is actively involved in community engagement projects, such as the Forward Union Fair, and has been recognized as part of Race Forward’s Racial Equity in the Arts Innovation Lab. She holds a BA in English from Wesleyan University and an MBA from Baruch’s Zicklin School of Business. Currently, she resides in Los Angeles, California, with her dog, Roo.123
