Paul Cohen

Paul Cohen is the Managing Director of Auctions at Commercial Real Estate Exchange, Inc. (Crexi), based in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale area.1 He has over 28 years of experience in the real estate industry, focusing on matching buyers and sellers.1 Throughout his career, Paul has represented numerous private owners, assisting with underwriting and developing marketing strategies, with over $1 billion in total transaction valuation.1

Paul's career in real estate began with a local retail management and leasing firm, handling properties for companies like Lennar Florida Partners.1 He transitioned to industrial sales and leasing in 1994 and later formed a partnership to convert warehouses into condominiums.1 In 2000, he joined CBRE, where he specialized in the Private Investment market.1

Currently, as the US Director for Crexi, Paul utilizes his extensive experience to assist brokers in closing deals.13 He is widely recognized as a market expert in Commercial Real Estate, with clients describing him as knowledgeable, honest, and responsive.13

Paul holds a BEng in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire, England, and is a licensed Real Estate Broker.1 His specialties include sales training, risk analysis, marketing, negotiation, leadership, mentoring, and strategic planning.1

Paul's role at Crexi has evolved over time, starting as a Senior Account Executive in 2016, then becoming Regional Director for the East Coast, and finally assuming his current position as National Director.5
