Paul Brenchley

Paul Brenchley is a senior sales and business development professional with extensive experience in various vertical markets. He has a deep understanding of both startup and turnaround companies and comfortable in maintaining 'C' level relationships. Trained in sales and sales management by Xerox, Paul has developed and managed both tactical and strategic sales and marketing campaigns to Global 500 organisations. He is also acknowledged within the industry as a successful motivator of personnel, using the leadership by example model. He has a degree in Business Communication and Marketing from Brunel University and studied at Sir William Borlase.

Paul's expertise lies in EMEA channel and SI management, start-up organizations, trade sales, change management and channel management. He also has extensive P&L experience and has deep experience in all vertical markets. With his Miller Heiman training, he has managed to build an excellent reputation as a successful motivator of personnel in organizations.
