Patrick Smith

Patrick Smith is a highly experienced licensed real estate broker with a reputation for excellence in client representation and strong negotiating skills. With approximately 15 years spent in sales management for private healthcare companies and an MBA in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Portland State University, he brings a unique set of skills to his role as President and CEO of Century 21 Cascade Pacific. At Century 21, Patrick focuses on representing both buyers and sellers of residential, commercial, and land or land development transactions, including eco-friendly properties.

As an eco-certified broker, Patrick specializes in green properties, but is not limited to these types of properties. In addition, he has been designated as an At Home With Diversity specialist, representing clients from diverse backgrounds and lifestyles.

At Oregon Realty Company, he served as Managing Principal Broker and as Branch Manager at Kelly Healthcare Resources in the past.

With a BS in Retail Management from Bassist College, Patrick's success in real estate comes from his knowledge of the market and his ability to represent clients with honesty, integrity, and professionalism.
