Richard Yao is an experienced technology and privacy attorney with a strong background in corporate and public agency sectors. He has shown excellent skills in commercial transaction, negotiation, data privacy, security, and procurement. Richard is passionate about raising public awareness in a constantly evolving technological environment. He holds a Juris Doctorate, with a focus on Intellectual Property Law, from the University of San Francisco School of Law, and a BA in Creative Writing from Carnegie Mellon University.
