Basil Kim

Basil Kim is a highly accomplished professional with an impressive educational background, including a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Dartmouth College, a Master of Public Health in Law from Boston University, and a Doctor of Jurisprudence in Law from Brooklyn Law School. Mr. Kim has worked with a variety of organizations and held a range of different positions throughout his career, including his current role as the Director of West Region P and L and Partnerships at Oscar Health, a position he worked his way up to after previously holding the position of Senior Counsel at Oscar Health. Additionally, he has been employed as an Associate at Epstein Becker & Green, P.C., an Associate General Counsel at Visiting Nurse Service of New York, a Director, Managed Care and Finance at NYC Health + Hospitals, and an Associate at Abrams, Fensterman, Fensterman, Eisman, Formato, Ferrara, Wolf & Carone, Llp. Mr. Kim has also completed a number of internships and fellowships to further expand his knowledge and experience, including working as a Human Rights Intern at The Opportunity Agenda, a Legal Intern at NYC Health + Hospitals, and a Global Health Fellow at the World Health Organization. With this diverse background, Mr. Kim has honed his skills in several areas, including healthcare law and policy, strategic planning and implementation, and negotiation and partnership development.
