Founder of The Curious Company
Pam Scott is the founder of Curious, a collaborative effort with scientists and creative professionals aimed at designing solutions to facilitate the adoption of new, beneficial behaviors.
With a background spanning over 30 years, Pam has served in various roles such as strategist, researcher, designer, facilitator, advisor, and board member for both corporations and NGOs.
In 2000, she established Curious to cater to corporate clients, including prominent names like Amex, Nike, and MINI, and has more recently focused on addressing social challenges.
Specializing in Human Centered Design, Pam excels in extracting insights to fuel innovation and leads diverse teams in developing fresh solutions to complex problems.
She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design (Product Design and Engineering) from Auburn University.
Additionally, Pam has been affiliated with organizations like The Curious Company, Population Services International, OLLY PBC, IDEO.org, eatbigfish, and Goodby Silverstein & Partners in various capacities such as founder, board member, and strategic lead.
