Curt Witte is a Silicon Valley tech leader and investor with over 20 years of professional experience in growing and scaling companies. With a focus on bringing hyper growth to new, emerging, or low-growth companies through innovative technology offerings and coupled with an aggressive social sales capability, he has built and leads a team comprising five main practice areas: sales acceleration, technology innovation, competitive intel offer design, exit optimization/M&A add-ons, and talent leadership.

Curt has extensive experience in strategy, branding, marketing, sales, product, design, service, operations, development, finance, and mergers and acquisitions with deep knowledge in mass commercializing or leveraging market-leading tech platforms. He has a proven track record of designing, building, and growing new tech products and portfolio companies, achieving significant EBIT and EV growth. Curt's expertise includes immersive social video, mobile, cloud, big data, machine learning, and API-first.

Curt studied a triple major in marketing, strategy, and finance at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, where he was on Dean's List and a Maurice L. Rothschild Scholar. He also studied economics at The University of Chicago, where he won the Ted Kenny Memorial Scholarship, UD Science Scholar Award, and Illinois State Scholar.

As a partner at Bregal Sagemount and former partner at Symphony Technology Group, Curt has executed major M&A transactions and funded different start-up ventures. He has also worked as a CEO at two profitable tech businesses: Symphony Talent and PeopleFluent, and as an SVP/GM at Cardinal Health, among other high-profile positions.
