Olivia Capra

Olivia Capra is a Principal at Frist Cressey Ventures, a position she has held since July 2022. She specializes in healthcare technology and delivery, focusing on early-stage ventures within the healthcare sector. Prior to her current role, Capra was an investor at Kaiser Permanente Ventures and co-founded Convey Capital, where she also served as Principal. Her experience includes significant board involvement with various healthcare firms such as Ginger (now Headspace Health) and Intelycare.12

Before entering venture capital, Capra worked as a PortCo Operator at Initiate Studios, where she contributed to the growth strategies of healthcare technology companies. She began her career in finance as an Equity Research Analyst at Barclays Investment Bank, where she focused on the specialty pharmaceutical sector.12

Capra holds a BSc Honors in Economics and Social Policy from The London School of Economics and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), which she obtained in August 2016.13 She is also known for her commitment to supporting women and nonbinary founders in healthcare innovation through her co-founding of The Grind, an organization aimed at fostering this community.2
