Oliver Zanetti

Oliver Zanetti is an accomplished professional with a strong educational background in Geography, holding a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD from The Open University, a Masters with Distinction in Geography (Cities and Cultures) from Queen Mary University of London, and a First-class MA (Hons) in Geography from the University of Glasgow.

Currently, Oliver Zanetti serves as the Mission Manager for A Sustainable Future at Nesta, demonstrating a commitment to fostering sustainability initiatives. Previously, he held the position of Senior Researcher for Cities and Regions at Nesta and also worked as an Independent Researcher within the same organization.

Oliver Zanetti has a diverse array of work experience, including a role as a Postdoctoral Research Associate focusing on Smart Cities at the University of Oxford. He has also contributed to academia as a Teaching Associate at Queen Mary University of London and held various research positions at The Open University, including Postdoctoral Researcher roles in Smart Cities and Research Funding Bid Development, as well as his initial role as a PhD Researcher.
