Will Bibby

Will Bibby is a policy wonk with a keen interest in ideas and innovation to drive better public outcomes.

His diverse experience and interests span across various areas including public service innovation, social action, technology and data policy, environmental and energy policy, urban policy, behavioural insights, early years policy, local and regional government, devolution, and localism.

He pursued his education at Rosny College for the Tasmanian Certificate of Education and Clarence High School for his High School Diploma.

Will Bibby holds a MPhil in Geography and the Environment from the University of Oxford, a BSc Hons (summa cum laude) in Biomedical Science (Major), Geography (Minor), History (Minor) from University College Utrecht, and completed studies in Geography, History, Chemistry, and Ethics with High Distinction at the University of Tasmania.

In his professional journey, Will Bibby has served in various roles including Programme Manager for Government Innovation at Nesta, Transformation and Innovation Lead, Senior Policy and Strategy Advisor, and Policy and Strategy Advisor at Essex County Council.

He has also contributed as a Visiting Research Associate at the University of Oxford, a Policy Officer at the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet, and a Digital Communications Manager at The BioFresh Project, University of Oxford.

Furthermore, his experience includes roles as a Supporter Relations and Fundraising Executive at Oxfam, an Intern at SAFI (Sanitation Activities Fostering Infrastructure), Chair and Co-founder at Environmental Working Group, and a Board Member at The Cultural Cookery.
