Noelle DellaCava is a seasoned business professional with a diverse background in consumer products. With expertise in product development, project management, and fielding research, DellaCava's career spans across various organizations where she has honed her skills.
DellaCava started her career as a Front Desk/Guest Services at The Boulders Inn and as an intern for an independent music label at Glassnote Records. Later, she worked her way up starting as an Administrative Marketing Assistant at GfK Shopper & Retail Strategy, and then as an Administrative Assistant at WWE. Furthermore, she served as the Global Toy Coordinator and later as the Specialist, Global Toy Development for the same company. Her experience with WWE mainly involved creating and developing branded toy lines, from concept to production, with licensees such as Mattel and Jakks Pacific.
Later, she landed a job at Melissa & Doug, LLC, as a Product Development Manager. Here, she was in charge of the design and development of toys, from ideation to production.
DellaCava is a graduate of Southern Connecticut State University, where she studied Communication. Currently, she works as an Administrative Assistant at Bridgewater Associates.
