Olivia Lam

Olivia Lam pursued her passion for storytelling and language by earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English along with an Editing Certificate from Simon Fraser University. Despite her initial aspirations of working as a proofreader or editor in the publishing industry, she found a fulfilling career path in marketing.

At SUVA Beauty, Olivia serves as the Manager of Marketing + Special Projects, where she immerses herself in creating compelling narratives and engaging with a global audience. Her role involves strategizing on building lasting connections, crafting visual stories for new products, and leveraging the platform to spread positivity and make a meaningful impact.

Olivia's professional strengths lie in writing and editing, problem-solving, social media management, website administration, public relations, graphic design, and product conceptualization and development. She thrives on seeing projects through from inception to completion and finds joy in the entire process.

In addition to her academic background in English and editing, Olivia also holds a Marketing Management Certificate with a specialization in Marketing Communications from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Her career journey has encompassed roles such as Manager of Marketing and PR, Marketing and Development Coordinator, Office/Admin Assistant, and Content Manager at SUVA Beauty, along with experience as a Freelance Writer at Quietly and a Content Manager at invigo MEDIA, LLC.
