Noelle DellaCava is a consummate business professional with expertise in consumer products. After earning a degree in Communication from Southern Connecticut State University, DellaCava launched her career as a Front Desk and Guest Services representative at The Boulders Inn. Her experience in the hospitality industry prepared her for her next role as an intern with the independent music label, Glassnote Records, where she learned the ropes of marketing and promotion.

From there, she shifted her focus to the world of toys, holding a variety of roles at WWE and Melissa & Doug, LLC. At WWE, DellaCava specialized in global toy development, managing projects and spearheading research efforts. She also served as both a global toy coordinator and administrative assistant for the organization.

DellaCava's experience in the toy industry led her to a position with GfK Shopper & Retail Strategy, where she served as an administrative marketing assistant. Her most recent position was with Bridgewater Associates, where she functioned as an administrative assistant.
