Niklas Flisberg

Niklas Flisberg is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in industrial engineering and management. He completed his Masters in Industrial Engineering, Management at Linköping University, which laid the foundation for his successful career. He has held various positions in organizations, including his current role as Head of Strategy at Optilab Partners, a Swedish consulting firm that specializes in business development, digitalization, and sustainable growth. Before joining Optilab Partners, Niklas was the Managing Consultant at Web Guide Partner and was responsible for providing strategic guidance to clients to achieve their business objectives.

As the former Director and Head of Strategy at Blue Stripe Incubator Ab, Niklas was instrumental in launching and growing new ventures, which resulted in significant revenue and market share growth. Prior to that, he served as the Chief Executive Officer at Web Guide Partner, where he steered the company's growth and expansion by developing innovative solutions for clients.
