Jean-Yves Lagarde, an experienced innovation leader and entrepreneur, has a proven track record of success in growing new businesses on a global level. With a background in start-ups, team leadership, general management, strategic planning, and new offer management, Lagarde brings a deep understanding of innovation, agility, and digital transformation to his work. As Head of Innovation, Partnering and Strategic Marketing - Digital Asset Management at Schneider Electric, Lagarde leads the Digital Asset Management Division toward success through collaboration, negotiation, and results-oriented strategies. Prior to his time at Schneider Electric, Lagarde co-founded Eurica Partners to evaluate new businesses and technologies. Additionally, he has worked in various leadership roles at Corning Incorporated and Boston Millennia Partners. Lagarde holds an MBA from Dartmouth College and a Ms. Eng from Ecole Nationale Superieure d'Electrotechnique, d'Electronique, d'Informatique, d'Hydraulique et des Telecommunications.
