Niels Lammers has experience as a youth band conductor at Vollenhoofsche Fanfare and as a founding member and project manager at Vers Ensemble.

Moreover, he has worked as a professional musician in the Korps Nationale Reserve and as a conductor for the B-band at Brassband Hosannah leeuwarden.

In addition to his conductor roles, Niels Lammers has also taught brass at multiple institutions like Hoogeveense harmonie and Fanfare Sempre Sereno.
