Nicole Prins is a highly experienced HR management consultant with a wealth of expertise across a diverse range of industries and organizational levels. She founded Habitual Consultancy in 2005, with the aim of providing HRM advice and management solutions to clients across all industries. Nicole has a detailed understanding of reorganization, harmonization of personnel policies, reducing absenteeism, recruitment and selection, underperformance management, dismissal cases, European tender processes, and expertise with personnel information systems.SAP and e-HRM. Alongside her Bachelor's degree in Commercial Economics and her Master's in Integral Coaching, she has studied in Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development's HR Professional course. Prior to her consultancy work, Nicole held executive roles such as HR Director and HR Business Partner across all sectors.
