Nick Barnett, a successful property developer, is known for his impressive track record in delivering various residential projects. Together with his partner Lorna, they have undertaken multiple projects, starting from the notable Portland Heights to the most recent Belfast development comprising 88 apartments in the city center.

Having achieved significant success with previous projects like Portland House and Portland View, where all units were quickly sold out, Nick and Lorna's focus now lies on completing the current Belfast venture, with 20 apartments already sold off-plan and plans for additional developments in the pipeline.

Nick Barnett's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from University College Dublin and schooling at Blackrock College in Dublin. With a wealth of experience as the Managing Director of Barnett Developments and previously as an Owner at N and L Barnett, Nick's expertise in the real estate industry is well-established.
