Lawrence Fassler

Lawrence Fassler is an experienced legal executive with over 15 years of experience in the corporate and legal world. Fassler has held significant positions in various public and venture-backed companies, law firms, and a major property developer. He has a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Columbia University School of Law, a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Columbia Business School, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.

Fassler's extensive background includes being the General Counsel at Z&L Properties, Inc. (large developer of CA commercial property), where he has held the position twice. He was the Corporate Counsel (Head of Legal) and the CEO of the broker-dealer subsidiary at RealtyShares, Inc. (a leading real estate crowdfunding company), and the General Counsel at Realty Mogul, Co. (a leading venture-backed real estate fintech company).

Further, he has also been the President/Owner of Archadel, Inc. (a multi-million dollar construction company), an In-House Counsel at Xtime/QRS Corp. (software start-up and public B2B data exchange for retailers), and the General Counsel at Arterial Vascular Engineering, Inc./Medtronic AVE (a large public medical device company).
