Nicholas Mattos

Nicholas Mattos is an experienced instructional designer, technologist, and faculty development professional with a strong background in public and private educational institutions.

With a focus on collaborative work, Nicholas designs outcome-based learning experiences by working closely with subject matter experts, media producers, technical support staff, and administrators.

Passionate about authentic, active, and experiential learning, Nicholas has a thorough understanding of classroom technology, media production, project management, curriculum mapping, assessment, and scholarship of teaching and learning.

Nicholas is the Co-Chair of the University of California Instructional Design and Faculty Support Community of Practice, demonstrating his leadership and commitment to promoting effective instructional practices.
