Heather McCullough
Agile and Accomplished Learning and Development Leader
Dr. Heather McCullough is a strategic leader with a diverse background in academic, library, and IT settings. She currently serves as the Associate Director of the Center for Teaching and Learning at the University of North Carolina Charlotte, leading instructional programs and faculty development initiatives. With prior experience directing Language Resource Centers and founding Digital Scholarship Labs, she has a strong foundation in instructional technology and digital humanities. Dr. McCullough's academic journey includes teaching roles in both large public research institutions and private liberal arts colleges, focusing on French and English languages. She is an active member of EDUCAUSE, EDUCAUSE Learning Initiative (ELI), and the Leading Change community.
