Jordan Leising is a result-driven professional with an extensive background in external manufacturing operations at Eli Lilly/Elanco Animal Health. With a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and a Master's in Supply Chain Management from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Jordan has had a remarkable career that proves her ability to define and improve processes, use data for driving actions, and optimize operational strategies. Her experience in production planning (SAP R/3 & APO), forecasting/demand planning, project management, supplier oversight, cGMP operations, S&OP, data analysis and visualization (Tableau, Python, SQL), and process improvement (DMAIC, Lean) sets her apart from the competition. She held previous roles with an inventory model, replenishment operations, and SOX inventory compliance.

At Elanco, Jordan was responsible for the global commercial supply of a portfolio of over $300MM in revenue, equating to approximately 10% of the total company revenue. Jordan led a supplier oversight team in a matrixed environment that included engineering, packaging, quality, CMC & labeling regulatory through product launch, commercial operations, and technical transfers in drug substance, drug product, and fill/finish settings. Before coming to Elanco, Jordan worked as a Supply Chain Engineer at Cisco and held several key roles, including the Master Scheduler at Elanco External Manufacturing at Eli Lilly and Company.

Jordan is currently pursuing her Master's Capstone Project at Roche, having previously completed one at Quest Diagnostics. In her free time, she enjoys hiking with her wife, Jennifer, and dog, Packer. The trio has set a goal to visit as many national parks as possible. She's also an avid sports fan, particularly of Green Bay and all things Purdue.
