Neal Harrington

Neal Harrington is an experienced fundraising development expert with a track record of success. With 18 years of experience in donor cultivation, gift solicitation, and bundling initiatives for major donors, Harrington is a small business owner and the Founder and President of Harrington Forward Thinking (HFT). He has managed the lifecycle of over 50 fundraising operations nationwide, and his efforts have increased average total contributions by over 155% and total donors by over 415%.

Harrington's accomplishments include serving as the NC Finance Director for Dr. Ben Carson's Presidential campaign in 2016, where he worked closely with Doug Lebda, Carson's NC Finance Chairman. Following the Carson campaign, Harrington became the NC Finance Director for President Trump's Super PAC, the Great America PAC. He continued to work with Lebda managing his personal fundraising efforts and, along with Dean Parker, Carson's national Finance Chairman, launched the NC Impact Fund in 2016, of which Harrington was named the Executive Director.
