As the former CEO of Food + Wine Victoria, Natalie played a pivotal role in elevating Australia's culinary scene through the internationally acclaimed Melbourne Food & Wine Festival, attracting millions of food and wine enthusiasts globally.

Natalie's expertise extends to crisis management, project management, concept development, stakeholder engagement, and managing high-profile personalities and visiting media.
