Source, cook and promote for my brand The Nosh Department: An eclectic catering company. Cooked boutique dinners as well as organized, sold tickets and cooked for private supper clubs. We have sold tickets to our events for up to 90 people that combined music, multi-course meals and live painting to give foodie folks a full cultural experience.

Tuscan dishes as well as other regional specialties. Executed private dinners for guests such as Roberto Cavalli including wine-pairing.Assisted in the creative direction for Lagi’s cookbook.
