With over 20 years of experience working with industry leaders such as Square, Capital One, Bank of America, TMX Finance, and ServiceMaster, Naomi has honed her expertise in operations excellence, customer experience, digital transformation, GTM strategy, sales, product management, and organizational development.

She has played instrumental roles in critical market launches, M&As, and high-value negotiations, demonstrating a strong entrepreneurial and strategic mindset that focuses on driving fiscal responsibility, mitigating risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Naomi is known for her leadership in driving operational efficiencies, culture transformations, digital innovations, global go-to-market strategies, and product integrations that have significantly contributed to multibillion-dollar revenues for companies like Square and Capital One.

Her impressive accomplishments include leading Square's customer-facing global operations and overseeing a 1,500-employee cross-functional organization across 10 countries, as well as spearheading the successful GTM rollouts of software/hardware products globally.
