Morten Lyngstrand Baagoe is an accomplished HR professional with a diverse background in various industries, roles, and levels. He holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the prestigious Copenhagen Business School and has studied Brand Excellence and Employer Branding at the Confederation of Danish Industry (DI). Moreover, he served as a sergeant in the Royal Danish Artillery.
Baagoe started his career as an SAP HR Consultant for Colgate-Palmolive before becoming the Nordic HR Consultant for the same company. Later on, he worked as a Group HR Manager for Scandinavian Tobacco Group and as a Regional HR Director for QuintilesIMS, responsible for Nordic, Baltic, and CIS. He holds C-level positions at GN Group, including Global HR Business Partner, Global HR Vice President for GN Audio, and HR Business Partner for GN Hearing (EMEA).
