Melissa Ginther

Melissa Ginther, Director of Catholic Identity and Mission

Melissa Ginther: is the Director of Catholic Identity and Mission at the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis.4 She previously served as the Director of Catholic Identity and Mission and Principal at St. Michael Catholic School in St. Michael, Minnesota.23

Ginther has a passion for youth ministry that began when she was a teen growing up and attending her church's youth group in Alabama. She volunteered while working at Life Teen's Covecrest camp and eventually landed the job at St. Monica's Catholic Church in 2012.1

As Director of Catholic Identity and Mission, Ginther works to bring young people to encounter Christ and develop a relationship with Him. She collaborates with the pastor, parents, and staff to provide teens with a message of God's love through catechetical sessions, Mass, Eucharistic adoration, and mission trips.1

Ginther has also taught Theology at St. Pius X Catholic High School. She is a NET Ministries alumna and a Catholic educator from the Atlanta area.3
