During his tenure, JEGI Clarity, the company he exited, closed 23 deals across its offices, totaling almost $3bn in M&A transactions. With his extensive experience and thorough understanding of the industry, Paul is highly valued for his ability to quickly comprehend complex issues, appreciate different perspectives and create cohesive workable solutions for all stakeholders.

Before founding Clarity, Paul led internet sector research on numerous IPOs at Cazenove & Co., which later became a part of JP Morgan. He has an unparalleled understanding of the media, information, and technology sectors and has accumulated expertise in M&A advisory, private equity, corporate strategy, succession and liquidity planning, development capital, IPO advisory, MBO, buy and build, accountancy, and audit.

Paul is a chartered accountant and holds a first-class Master's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, specializing in digital systems. He is also the chairman of Programmai and has previously served as the Chairman of Planning Peaks Ltd.
