Monica has contributed her skills and knowledge in various roles, such as serving as an Inclusive Excellence Programs Support Specialist and former Adjunct Faculty at Arcadia University. She also founded MAD Life under her name, worked as a Freelance Copywriting, Marketing, and Business Development Consultant, and held positions like Development Director and Advertising Sales Manager at The Other Side Magazine, Program Coordinator at Friends Association for Higher Education, and Associate Director at Friends Board Consulting.
Her professional journey also includes roles in the corporate sector, where she worked as an Area Business Manager and Key Account Manager at Odwalla and as a National Sales Manager at The Republic of Tea.
