His experience as Conservation Director and Executive Director at the Kansas Land Trust, as well as Project Director at the Kansas Rural Center, showcases his proficiency in conservation easements, project management, and program evaluation.

Jerry's volunteer work at Mennonite Voluntary Service and his tenure as a Partner in Family Farm at TI-RO Farms highlight his commitment to community and sustainable practices.

His background as a Science Teacher at Newton Public Schools underlines his passion for education and outreach.
