At Better, I worked to drive ancillary revenue through our affiliated mortgage, title/settlement, insurance, and personal loan subsidiaries from real-estate transactions completed by our Better Real Estate agents. Lead and coached a team of 75+ agent success and transaction managers that supported in-house real estate agents on operations of clients’ home buying journey. Review, forecast, and analyze team data and sales metrics to ensure the adoption of Better’s ancillary products and programs.

It features custom selling solutions, services and options including express cash offers and flexible home listing services that empower customers to sell and buy a home their way. By coupling proprietary iBuying technology with local real estate experts, Offerpad provides a personalized customer experience to help ease the home buying and selling journey.

At Offerpad, I was responsible for developing and overseeing partner and customer success with homebuilders, brokerages, as well as other business development opportunities for Offerpad.
-Partnered with new and existing partners including C-Suite leadership, Sales VPs, and Marketing teams to create business initiatives and solve pain points using Offerpad solutions.
- Manage, grow, develop, and identify key partnerships with outside companies.

Provided consultation through all facets of the strategic planning process to deﬁne the coworking space business model. Maximized sales projections, negotiated technology and partnership contracts. Directly supervised a team of 30+ Community and Center  Managers for a National Commercial Real Estate and Co-Working owner/operator.  Lead each office building sales and operations during renovation and delivery. Responsible  for the operation of coworking and building facilities including facility management,mail, conference services, management of third party outsourced service providers and event planning for 20+ centers nationwide.  Coordinated and developed the training and onboarding program of new team members. Conducted and reviewed quarterly goals for sales, revenue, client retention, collections, and accounting.
