Mike Lee is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in customer success, project management, ITIL processes, and agile methodologies.
Currently serving as the Head of Customer Success & Post Sales at PublicInput, Mike leads the post-sales organization to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
He holds a Doctor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, an MBA in Information Technology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and a BS in Computer Science/Mathematics from Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University.
Mike has held various roles in different organizations, including Manager of Customer Success at Avalara, Customer-Led Growth Advisor at Catalyst Software, Adjunct Professor at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, among others.
His expertise lies in transforming customer success into a strategic advantage through customer-centric solutions, optimizing workflows and systems, coaching teams, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive impact.
