Naim Ismail

Naim Ismail, a graduate of the University of Waterloo, is a well-rounded professional with a background in Legal Studies, Business, and Consulting. He has experience working with various companies, including Deloitte and Capco, where he worked as a Business Analyst and consultant, respectively. Additionally, Naim has contributed his business acumen and skills to companies like Ontario Power Generation, Ubiq Inc., and Magnusmode Ltd.

During his time at Capco, Naim worked as an Associate Consultant and later as a Consultant, earning valuable experience that broadened his skills in strategy, process design, and project management. Before that, he co-founded CartKick, where he managed finances, operations and was responsible for ensuring the growth of the company’s customer base.

Naim’s experience in sales and marketing, along with his formal education, makes him an expert in developing business strategies and fostering strong client relationships. His various professional experiences have allowed him to gain a diverse set of skills, which include research, analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
